Oh, the rapture is a bunch of hooey.
People have been proclaiming that they are living through the "end times" for waaaaay too long. There's always some unhygenic street-corner evangelist crackpot sputtering about how the world is going to end and that all the heathens better get the Lord harrassed into their unsaved souls.
It STILL hasn't happened. The sky isn't falling. The oceans aren't boiling. Pigs are most definitely NOT sprouting wings and taking to the skies. They've been barking about it for years and years and years and they'll STILL be barking for years to come.
It's a scare tactic, a convenient freak- the- everliving- crap- out- of- folks magic wand that can be waved about in dramatic fashion any time the religious collective feels the soul harvest is running dry.
Trust me... go about your life. Ok, I'm sure you will anyhow considering there's really no alternative option (besides suicide, and I've heard God frowns upon that), but just make sure to keep in mind: STAY CALM. DON'T PANIC. REMEMBER YOUR TOWEL.

The Rapture of the church is between the Gog-Magog war and the signing of the 7 year peace treaty with Israel by the Antichrist. If it happened at the 7th seal, you would know when Christ returns and you know that cannot be.

The church is not mentioned in Revelation after chapter 4, when it begins "come up here" also several different scriptures, such as 1st Thess. 5:9 "God did not appoint us to suffer wrath, but to receive salvation through Jesus Christ, our Lord." also 1st Corinthians 15:51 and 1st Thess. 4:16.

The Rapture occurs at the beginning of Revelation Chapter 4. I'm not sure if you're a believer; if you aren't, you won't be able to understand it (not my words -- God's) The Rapture does not occur near the end of the Tribulation; this would negate its purpose.
Peace.

1 Thessalonians 4:16-18 READ IT!
Also in the book of REVELATIONS, do you know why the "CHURCH" isn't mentioned again after Rev. 3:22? because the above scripture has been fulfilled and God has taken us home BEFORE the tribulation begins.
WHY? because "God hath not appointed His people unto wrath".- 1Thessalonians 5:9

Christ will call His Church to meet Him in the air before the Tribulation period begins... I knew the Truth of this before I ever picked up a Bible to make any seriouse study... I did not get this from any Bible thumper preaching on me... and I did not even own a Bible on the day of my Salvation... but I know, in The Truth on my Salvation, that Chriat will call His Church berfore what is comonly called The Tribulation... just as sure as I know the assurance of my Salvation... it is in the same promise of God.... now all reading I have done serves only to confirm the assurance God Gave me on that day I came to Him.

There is no rapture in scripture. It's a confusion of the first resurrection with the nonsense (i.e., unbiblical) immediate afterlife idea.
