I know how to burn CD's but I just don't have a clue how to Burn DVD's. I downloaded a few movies off of LimeWire and they are all MPG. And I have a blank DVDr disc's. I heard that DVDr's don't play in most DVD players...so is that why it is so difficult to do so?? I need some help in this subject..please?

dear friend,

i got 'Roxio' and i am doing burn through that. if u got windows media player in the menu bar you can see the option 'burn'

the first thing is that you need a dvd rw drive in your computer. n the next step is get a burning software preferably nero. insrt the blank dvd and follow the steps. btter u make a data dvd using the software.
or if u want to "burn" the dvd light a candle and burn it. haha.

Get a DVD drive on your computor and download the lastest DVD program from Microsoft. Shabam! You got DVD's

try to use AVS Video Converter http://www.best-video-converter.com/avs-video-converter.html

The program is very simple.
- insall and run it
- open a file, click "To DVD"
- click "Convert Now"
- at the end of this process, the program will ask you to insert a blank dvd
- burn it

that's all

As for discs, make sure that your DVD-disc is compatible with your DVD drive and DVD player (check that your drive and player accept DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW, depending on your disc).

get nero and then follow the directions.
