so this is the thing: say that someone murdered another and pleads in court and the judge asks "do u plead guilty or not guilty", if he said guilty, then he lives, if not guilty, then he dies. I dont understand the logic behind that. So if u admit to a crime, the sentence is less harsh, why? You still did the crime, and if there is a death penalty, one should recieve it no matter what. What if the person is not guilty and pleads that? he's basically screwed, is he not? Who difference does it make what you plead, it doesnt change anything. Is it just me or are the courts corrupt in this matter?

I ask because I am writing a research paper on the effects that foster care can have on chilren when they become adults at least according to society. I chose this topic because I know that I have a diifficult time in college and I have backing of my parents I also know that many kids that come out of foster care don't have much contact with parents whether foster or biological once they turn 18. insurance. FULL COVERAGE well someone backed up into my car at a high rate of speed. i called the police got a report and called the ins . they want me to pay the 1,000 dollar deductable and wont give me a replacement car until mine is fixed.. i really can't understand that because i have a full coverage policy. i only got a parcal plate number. they said my uninsured motorist wont pay only if they find the person. is the uninsured motorist the same on all policies? in california? i really could use some answers thank you

I personally am not punk, but I know about the musical origins and I think it is amazing. I also believe punk though is not competely music it is what you beleive in, I believe Saying NO and refusing contentment when things are actually wrong. I do not know what true beleive themselves. And to tell the truth I have no respect for those who think they "need" hot topic. It is not who you want to be not but who you are and how you want to dress with what you have. Sure you can shop but people need to finally see what they have its good enough to be "punk". People who take what they have and make it better and creative also shows even more of themselves. Last of all punk people should do something "punk" people should actually do something about what they are opposing. I do these things but I don't believe in labels and I don't dress in the uniform. I don't need that to be me.
So to you what do you believe makes a punk if it was labeled??? I want to hear from people please.

I just want to know because I see how some interacial couples arent evenly respected by their partner.
