Maybe a small hemorrhoid? Better safe than sorry though so you may want to get it checked

It could possibly be an external hemorrhoid; however, to play it safe, you should go to your physician and let him or her make the diagnosis.

Good luck!

This is something that needs to be looked at and evaluated by your Dr. and if he/she feels it is an unknown, you should be checked by a dermatologist or other specialist.
