I worked out the ideal solution to handling anger issues.
When I get mad, I walk down the street to where there is a group of buildings that are all derelict. The same person owns all these buildings, but they have all been condemned, and the owner doesn't have enough money to pay to have them torn down. So I approached the owner, and worked out a deal with them.
When I get mad, I go down to the buildings, and proceed to start slamming my fists, feet, arms, legs, and even my head and face (after I take off my glasses) to tear down the inside walls, and then I proceed back outside if I am still angry, I will get the 20 pound sledge hammer the owner left there for me and start to work on the walls.
Keep in mind, I do not get paid for this, I do this all hours of the day and night, sometimes screaming while doing it, so while the owner gets free demolition, I get free anger management of sorts.
It's worked for me for the last 5 years (I don't get mad often, but when I do I'm told that it's like a volcano trying to imitate the sun) and I figure that I have at least another 5 years before I have to go looking for another chunk of property >.< (laugh)

Do you get any exercise? The kind where you really work up a sweat? Try taking in some jogging, not when you are angry but as a daily routine... It will do wonders for stress related issues and you will have an amazing tight set of buns too.... Plus strong legs....

a good idea would be to buy a punching bag. or just buy a pillow. or try throwing soft stuff on the groudn so you dont break anything. screaming is better than nothing tho. take a deep breath when your mad, it does help a little. try telling someone why you're angry. cussing also helps me alot when im angry. just try to get away from who or whatever is makin ya angry. i hope some of these might help.

Well,me? When I get mad I listen to music that I love and that is peaceful enough to calm me down.Sometimes you may want to break something or hurt yourself,but don't let your anger get to you.If this does not work,then get out piece of paper and let out all of your anger on that paper.I hope this helps,Good Luck!

When I get really upset I clean.....like scrub everything down till it is spotless. My hubby always can tell when I am mad :)
