I was browsing IGN, and I found these "AR encounter codes" for Pokemon... not that I'm a Pokemon fan or anything, but i'm just curious. What are they and what do they mean?

action reply. it's a cheat device that changes a game the same way that gameshark does.

action replay is not just used for pokemon, there are several games that use it
