how do you find raikou in pokemon firered?

start the game with squirtle. after you beat the elite four, a wild raikou will run around kanto.

there are no other ways to get a wild raikou to appear in fire red/leaf green without resorting to cheating

there is no way to get two or three of this legendary trio to appear within one game without cheating.

to get it to be entei, start the game with a bulbasaur. to get it to be suicune, start with a charmander.

I agree with Jim, however if you are in the UK there may still be some places you can go for the 10th Anniversary Pokemon event - it was held at Lakeside last week and I went. They are giving people the opportunity to download one of the top ten pokemon and this includes Raikou. jim's right but raikou will jump out at u when u don't expect it 2 that's what happend 2 me once i was right in the viridian city grass on route 22 and heard the high music it was raikou i wasn't prepaird 2 catch it so i let it go but caught it later in the viridian city grass. and for the record entei,raikou, & suicune
aren't DOGS their LIONS since when have u ever heard a lion bark never.
