the offender is under psychiatric observation be considered as a defence in the court ?

Couple of days ago I asked the about domestic violance, but I did not mentioned the fact that the batterer is a mentally challanged( I don't know the proper wording, my appologies.)
Defender says - No, psychiatrist says -Yes. Both are for money, that is understandable.
So I am very curious.

I know this sounds kinda wierd but my husband wont stop groping me. Anytime he gets close to me he has to grab my boob or touch me down there. Its getting really annoying, i tell him all the time to knock it off i dont like it. I think there is a time and place for this but not when im trying to do something. Dont get me wrong, i usually just let him do it and i think its cute sometimes. Also, he always turns the most non-sexual conversations in to sexual ones. Ugh i cant stand that when im trying to have a normal converstation with him he always does this. Talking to him is not helping the situation. i feel that becuase he's like this i dont want to have sex that often becuase it's like hes been touching me all day and talking dirty all day and im ready for bed... what can i do so that im not so annoyed by this because i know he's just being a man.

My best friend loves her boyfriend. That's what she claims. I hate the man because of what he's done to my friend. He's ruined her.
Just a few months ago she was asking him why he hasn't gotten her an engagement ring yet and he said he didn't have the money. Since then he's bought 2 cars and put in well over 5000$ into those cars. She still has no engagement ring. so my question is: Should I say something to her about how she needs to find a guy that will treat her better? Or is that any of my business?

now. She states that I have made a huge mistake in my credit future. However, prior to opening the account, we (Adam and I) went to our financial advisor who stated that it would be very good for our future together when buying a home.
Who is mistaken? My mom is just looking out for my best interest (no pun intended) and has shown me several articles proving her point.
What is the best course of action? Should I maintain the account or cancel as instructed by mom?
