Casually bring up the topic and let her know how you feel. I can understand your situation....been there, but have realised that you can't force ppl to do what u think is best for them. They have to take that call. As her best friend, all u can do is tell her what you think.....the rest is her choice. Just be there for her no matter what.

Though its really none of your business--LOVE MAKES PEOPLE BLIND!
might not be a bad idea to just ask her about her relationship and how she really feels about it. Maybe she is happy.
Does seem a little immature by the guy--but maybe cars are is favorite thing in the world and that'll never change.
if she's truely happy--be supportive
if is unhappy--be supportive here too!

Well if he hasn't got her anything out of the money hes got to spend on cars and crap then she don't need him cause it seems that hes more into cars then her so i would sit her down and talk to her bout it and tell her that he seems as hes in love with cars and crap instead of her..

Actually it's not your business. Plus, your friend can see what you see and if she chooses to accept it then thats that. She isn't gonna leave him just because you have cleaned the window for her. She can see whats going on, she may not show it, but like all windows wether clean are dusty it's stll clear.

Your friend can't force her boyfriend to marry her if he doesn't want to. It's really none of your business. Even if the guy is a dick.

Tell her that its none of your business, but you couldn't help but notice about the man. Try to open her eyes if you believe it is a big problem.

regardless of what you say she's not going to listen. just be a friend and listen to her. she'll probably get defensive if you say anything otherwise. she has to decide to wait for him to be ready or to move on.
