I'm trying to buy a reposessed property at the moment, but it appears that the title still shows the previous owner as owner and not the mortgage company.
I'm hoping this won't hinder my progress (am not having much luck flat buying and really need to move - have been trying for about 9 months) and am wondering if it's just a timing issue.

The "Bully" isn't my boss or in any offical position over me but she has clearly shown her dislike of me from day one. She doesn't talke to me unless she has to for work purposes. If I say good morning or hello, there is no response from her. Not even a nod. She will bring breakfast for everyone else but me. When she does look at me she gives me these looks like she just ate dog doo. I have tried to talk to my boss about this but all he says is "that is how she is, she can be a B*tch, just deal with it, b/c she is good at what she does" I took that to mean that her position in the company is too important for him to say anything to her and that since I am just the lowly receptionist I just need to deal. Can someone please help me and let me know what I should do.

then what was he doing before that? If there was nothing and no one before he created the Universe, what did he do all the time? There were no creatures to worship him and tell him how wonderful he is; there was nothing but himself....what did he do all the time before he created the Universe?

Would you say that organizing new food or left over food in the fridge causes any difficulties?

Where in reality... men went bad because of women...
Not all, but most men...
They experienced heart break and many love fool games played by women...
Then they realized... that good guys finish last...
So they stop being mr. nice guy... and started to play the girls instead?

There are many more women who cheated compared to men...
Facts are out there...
For example, only 18% of men contracted STD while 68% of women contracted STD last year according to CDC...
So it means that 18% of men causing 68% of women STD, hence... more women fooling around instead of men...

To tell you the truth... I'm in the verge of giving up being mr. nice guy and to start being a jerk/player...
It's not me... but it hurts when you got played, especially if you're in the place where you can play with them, too (but you chose not to)...

I need to find a friend. I don’t even know what city he lives in. I am not even sure if he is living in Sweden with his mother, or if he is living in California with his father.
