Go to START, select Control Panel, select Date and Time.

If you're on Windows, double click on the clock at the bottom-right hand side of the corner.
Click on the tab at the top that says Regional Settings, and then change it to the correct Time Zone.

Point the mouse right on the clock, right click, and select set date and time.

double click on the time and it will bring up the time. There will be a tab for time zone. Or, you can just set the time ahead 1 hour

Right click on the clock, go to adjust date/time and adjust the time to whatever timezone you want
