What God was doing before that you ask? Well first off the creation record of the Angel's is never mentioned in the bible they were created at some point. So everything that is in the bible is not the entirity of what God did.
The Angels just appear on the scene but notice that their exact creation record is missing. Sure God made the heavens but that does not mean as some would say this includes the Angels. Also this does not mean that he was just sitting their bored before that.
There are tons of mystries in the bible that are only hinted at and some that we will not know till we are in the presence of God.
This should however not hold you back from believing in God or should not be someone's sole excuse for not believing what the bible says.
So you can infer by the Angels that he did create them at some point maybe before the creation of Humans and Creatures there is a whole creation record of Angels.

"I Pledge allegiance to the flag,..."One nation under God". You Athiests think you are right and everyone else is wrong. Your disbelief "evolved", from some one who thought they knew it all. There are more Christians then your kind out there, and yet you come in here and make a fool out of yourselves for the sake of what? Really, do you not have anything better to do than to bug people who want to believe? You want to argue, and you want to be right, and once in a while someone actually "bites your hook" Christians believe and you do not, so what is your point of arguing? You will never win against a true Christian. Just like you, this is not an argument, it is my opinion, and I will not try to convert anyone else because I am a live and let live person, and you should do the same and move on. And yes, God is the beginning and the end.

According to modern prophet (one who actually KNOWS and doesn't guess) there never has been a time when ther have not been worlds populated by our Father in Heaven's children, nor will there ever be such a time. Time does not exist with God and therefore it is difficult for us to understand this concept, but the day will come when all of this makes perfect (for those who live faithfully and get to live with our Father in Heaven.)

- If we knew how would it be relevant to our salvation?
Example,
You are in need of medical attention but you need directions to the nearest hospital, so you ask someone how to get there. The person proceeds to tell you all about the history of hospitals before telling you how to get the one you need. Obviously, the only information relevant to what you need are directions to the the nearest hospital.
- God gave us His inspired Word (the Bible), which teaches us only what we need to know for our daily living.
2 TIMOTHY 3:16-17
16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
17 that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

If there is a God and he is an omnipotent, eternal being, how can you ever expect to understand or for any human to be able to answer such a question?? It's like expecting your dog to know why you go to work everyday. Your dog can't comprehend these things, just like you can't comprehend the mind of God.

There is no way to answer this question since only God knows.Maybe in the future we will be able to find out information like that, but for now, what we have is the Bible, and if it isn't written in there, then we will just have to be patient. We could speculate, but why bother, since that is all it would be...pure speculation.

He created the universe that we know of. I think there are tons of others things out there that He's created but it's so far away that we'll never find it, plus it's out of our realm of comprehension. God is ineffable. His creation, power, might, possibilities is ineffable. He's been creating way before He created this place in space. Our technology will never reach His abilities.

GOD is not a form that we humans can conceptualize. Therefore what is beyond our comprehension should be accepted as it is.
Space exists just like you and I exist even though it doesn't make sense.
Therefore respecting the ONE that made it happen gives peace. This is the ONE that we humans call as GOD.

God exists outside of time. Every second that ever was and ever will be is laid out before him. There is no waiting involved.

This may not be the only universe he created. He also told Adam and Eve to REPLENISH the earth. You can't replenish something that had nothing before. Mankind as we know it are probably not the first to inhabit the earth.
