A Monopoly-like game that featured all of the countries of the world was Global Struggle by Avalon Hill (http://www.boardgamegeek.com/game/2502). It is now out of print but it won't be hard to find because it wasn't popular.

I did not find a world edition but i found two websites that, between them, have most, if not all, of the monopoly games for sale.
