It was a black car..they guy wore a wierd suit. The car disappeared at the end, but all of the people were out to race it and were getting fried and killed in the races....I CANT FIGURE IT OUT !!

Got lots of useful info in my last question about this, but there seem to be some differences of opinion. Here's my understanding so far. Are there any mistakes? Could you correct? Thanks!

BLACK SMOKE is soot, from incomplete combustion. The fuel isn't burning properly. Caused by:
- lack of air (clean the filter)
- cold (run it longer and on load)
- bad firing (clean the injectors, check timing, check the glows)
- deposits from the last time you ran it off load (don't do that again)

BLUE SMOKE is the lube oil burning.
Caused by:
- piston rings passing
- gasket blown

WHITE SMOKE is completely unburnt fuel flying out of the exhaust in a cloud.
Caused by: ?


So what happens if your gasket blows and you get water in the cylinders? What colour of smoke is that?

My grandpa was diagnosed with alzheimer's last year. It began by him just forgetting things like where he put his keys and not being able to give directions very well. My grandmother passed away in June and it got worse then. Now, he tells me the same things over and over and gets confused pretty easily. When he is stressed about anything it is worse. He and I have always been very close and I saw him yesterday for about an hour and he doesn't remember seeing me. It really upset him that he didn't remember. It upset me a little too becuase I can see it progressing so fast. I'm not sure how to handle this. I don't know if I should tell him he's already told me these stories 500 times, or if I should just listen to them again. When he indicated last night that he hadn't seen me in a while...should we have just let it go instead of telling him? We are new to this. If anyone else is in this situation...what do you do?

I was just reading an article on Yahoo news about the rise in TB in Britain amongst these groups of people but it was put down to people migrating to the UK from poor areas of Asia. I don't really buy this as other countries are equally as poor with TB not being so widespread there.

I just recently moved to San Francisco and I am finding it hard to make friends...My co-workers are as old as my parents so hanging out with them is not too much fun...I am going crazy not being able to meet new people...I had a lot of friends back in Utah and I miss them a lot...I love it here in San francisco but no place is good without friends.
