It was a black car..they guy wore a wierd suit. The car disappeared at the end, but all of the people were out to race it and were getting fried and killed in the races....I CANT FIGURE IT OUT !!

It's "The Wraith."
There's a gang in the movie that kills a guy named Jamie. Jaime's spirit (Charlie Sheen) comes back and drives the black car, taking revenge on all the gang members by killing them off. Only the gang members get killed. Once the gang is finished off, Jamie's spirit drives off with his old girlfriend on a motorcycle, and leaves the black car to his borther.

It was "The Wraith". What most people don't know is it was a loose remake of the Clint Eastwood classic, "High Plains Drifter".
Still it was pretty fun, in a low-budget 80's kind of way.

There are two movies from that era...One was Christine...a 57. Chrysler...and the one you are referring to..Called with Wraithe...with Charlie Sheen...Good movies for their time...:)

Christine based on Stephen King's novel, or maybe she was red. Night Rider was black, but it was on tv not a movie. Hmmm. I can't think of any others.
