When it comes to being a Westerner in Canada?

In a lot of ways, it seems like that is on paper only. As in the experience for us is so different that it doesn't always correlate with the basic ideas and assumptions about what it means to be a Canadian. I am really starting to think those of us on the Prairies as well as British Columbians, really have our own identities and histories that are somewhat distinct and independent of the rest of Canada. I would gladly say the same thing about Quebec and the Maritimes. I hate us getting sucked into that 'Upper Canada-Lower Canada' historical persective we are supposed to agree to. Rarely do you find an article about BC or the Prairies outside of a local newspaper. The perception is that Ontario, especially Southern Ontario, is more important, sophisticated, historically significant, etc. Interesting, because there is ton of culture out here except for maybe architecture, never a highlight of Western Canada. That is made up for by the beauty of nature and scenery.

I cant get better, please any ideas to help my immune system?

I started working at a day care 2 months ago, and every since I have been sick, recently my body feels tired all the time, it takes al my energy to just open my eyes some time. I have had tonsillitis, strep , an ear infection (twice) several upper respertory infections, the flu twice (both types) and now another run of tonsillitis or step, and another cold. also high fever's etc, and my glands are awollen in my neck. any ideas to naturally help all of this, I went to the dr a few weeks ago, all he gave me was a antibiotic, for my lungs

How can I resolve my solitude?

I sort of hate too many things. I hate society, popularity contests, fake people, ignorance, etc. I just recently started doing online school because I got fed up with the being controlled 7 hours a day. I had a lot of friends but and sort of pushed them all away. I had a girlfriend who meant the world to me but when she started getting too attached I hooked up with several other girls to prove to myself I didnt need her. Our relationship had a bad start because she hooked up with my best friend. But now shes gone and with someone else. So everyone that I hung out with is now gone because somthing is wrong with me. I hate being alone. But at the same time, I want to get away from everyone. How can I just be a normal person and live a normal life? Why do I push everyone away?

Should I keep in contact with former crushes/loves?

Thanks for helping me sort this out.

Back in high school, I developed a crush on a male friend. Nothing much happened, but we did have some emotional history.

Now a few years later, I'm married. This guy I used to like is now wanting to talk to me.

Should I, or should I not talk to him? I've heard to "keep the past in the past" but my former crush knows I'm married and may just want to see how I'm doing and catch up over these last few years.

P.S. My husband has said he isn't too fond of this guy, but also he hasn't specifically asked me not to talk to him.

I consider myself to be bisexual but my lesbian friends think I am gay and in denial?

I am married to a man who I love dearly. I have recently realized that I am attracted to women. I love my husband but I do find myself fantasizing about other women in order to have sex with him. I have only actually had sex with one woman and have been (in the past) with several boyfriends. I can see men as attractive but men in general no longer turn me on. Women on the other hand do. Am I bisexual because I do love my husband or am I gay because only women turn me on? I don't really like labels but I'm curious to know which label is more appropriate for my situation.
