Steve... there's little question that what John Kerry suggested replaced into meant to be a shot at Republicans yet to declare that John Kerry replaced into no longer touching on our militia is only idiotic. there's no way that any clever guy or woman can no longer see how John Kerry seems at our women and adult adult males human beings serving. that is in actuality a fashionable-day replay of what he suggested after coming back from Vietnam. If any Democrat would not publicly denounce this guy because of the fact the jerk that he's then they don't seem to be any further effective.

I don't think he was ever a top contender for '08, so that much hasn't changed. And I doubt this will really cost anyone a lot of votes. Americans actually have real problems that need to be addressed, so if they are basing their vote on a misread cue card, I guess they get the lousy government they deserve.

I believe the saying goes something like this: "It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt"
PS: In my opinion, not many voters will change their minds because of Kerry's comment. As a life long Democrat I voted for Bush because of 9/11. And now that our men and women are in combat I'm not about to pull the rug out from under them. But then I'm not an intellectual like Kerry. I'm just a dumb American, AND PROUD OF IT AND OF OUR TROOPS.

It is a known fact that G. Bush was not knowledgeable about world affairs and interests when he was selected by the Supreme Court to be President. C. Rice was hired to tutor him at the time as how to be President and what he was supposed to know. J. Kerry's remark was directed to and was about the fact that G. Bush's educational inadequacies led him and his cronies into a war that is bankrupting our country and depriving us of all government services (slowly but surely).
The fact that his approval ratings have gone down and keeps doing so shows that J. Kerry's remarks will not change any persons mind either for or against G. Bush and the Republicans.

He didn't mean to make a statement about the soldiers, that is just what some people assumed since he bungled the phrasing so badly. His written notes read:
“Do you know where you end up if you don’t study, if you aren’t smart, if you’re intellectually lazy? You end up getting us stuck in a war in Iraq. Just ask President Bush.”

What Kerry said is very similar to other statements he made from 1971 on about our military. He got out of Vietnam after a very brief stay and decided to run on anti-war, anti-US rhetoric. He ought not to be in public office. He's a liar who got phony people to pretend they had been in Vietnam to say they had seen atrocities committed over there. I remember believing them, I was young then, and it was very upsetting to find out they were liars sent to lead people away from the truth.
Don't be mislead by people like John Kerry. He's an elitist creep. He thinks of himself as lofty and above the rest of us. Well, he's filthy rich thanks to his wives, but that's all he is.

Honestly I do not know if he has any chance of being nominated let alone elected. I think he opened his mouth and inserted his foot. Not cool at all. Tacky J.K., very tacky.
