The Constitutionalist Party is a group of people who are more or less libertarian and non-sectarian in their views. They seem to hold fairly rational ideas about government.

The Constitution Party, on the other hand, is a group of screaming right-wing extremist born-again religious nutcases. Not unlike the current Republican Party.
