ok i am filling for a subpoena to get all of the radar/logs/records of training fcc licence for radar unit so i am having trouble filling it out. Should i fill out the duces tecum part or should i leave that alone? i am wanting this information mailed to me not to the court and i dont want the officer to think he has to go to court or send this info to the court so what should i fill out on the subpoena. Please i know there are some people who really want to help but if your answer is any of the ones i will list dont bother with it.

I got my nose pierced on the side, not the septum....and I have not worn a stud in it for almost a week now....it is closed up....and if you answer that I should not do it at home, and that I should go back to the shop where I got it....then is it OK to get it repierced in the exact same spot? Will it hurt if I do that?

I've never thought of myself as a racist, because one of my best friends is a black woman. But I live in constant fear of black men, even boys. Here in South Africa a woman gets raped every 26 seconds, usually by a black man. Nearly as many people, white as well as blacks, get murdered every day. Two days ago an old woman of 92 I knew was attacked while sleeping, then raped for hours before a convicted murderer, who was out on parole, and his fifteen year old partner beat her to death. This is not the exception but the rule. Most murders is commited in the cruelest way possible. Like the four security guards who was thrown in the back of their van by their black attackers, set alight and left screaming and begging while they burnt to death. And the eighty year old farmer who's achilles' tendons was cut before his murderers put him out of his misery. His wife was first raped and then stabbed numerous times before leaving to bleed to death. Am I wrong to be scared to death?

Why did they chose the name of a pagan - sex, vertility- goddess? Why did't they call it "crucifiction day" or something more biblical?

ervywhere onthe net when i browse, some damn consumer incentives or promotion comes up claiming the usual free item (laptops, game systems, pods, etc.) it's nothing new, but one day I decided to actually click on one of the radio buttons on the ad. that popped up for "claim your free PS3!" and I got taken to the offers page. I looked them over and then there were surveys and it seems to go in a loop; theres no end to the offers. i never filled one out of course, but i read the fine print and on the bottom of the webpage and it said that they will send you your "gift" after so-called participation. Is this a gimmick/scam? If not, what offers could u fill out to get item free (if any)? List all and how many u need to complete (preferably the ones that are free trials).

I have been with my boyfriend who is 19 nearly 6 months. I knew that his second cousin who is 16 fancied him when we got together. He has always said that hes never fancied her and he wouldnt go there because they are cousins. I found out last night that he met up with her. Then this morning she text him. My boyfriends sister old me that he contacted the cousin first. Should i be worried? Or even question him about it?

My fiance denies he has a problem but he never goes a week without a drink! He lies about how much he drinks. I love everything else about him, he is a good man but my grandfather and uncle died young from alcoholism and it scares me!I just can't get through to him. I asked him to stop drinking and he said he would but he was really mad about it and acted like his life would be over. My mother in law to be is an alcoholic and encourages my man to drink! She's allowed him to drink since he was 15 or 16, he's 28 now. I myself see nothing wrong with an occasional drink. I maybe have a drink or two once or twice a month. I go months on end without drinking at all too though. Weve been together 3 years and were engaged. I stay with him cause he treats me great, he's loyal, he spoils me, and we can talk to eachother about anything well besides his drinking. Should I just deal with it and not say anything or ask him to stop?

A car ride uses a mean of 7 litres of petrol with a standard deviation of 0.5 litres. Assuming that the amount of petrol used is normally distributed.

i) If the car usually has only 8 litres in its tank, how many times in next 1000 rides will the car ran out of petrol?

After calculation answer comes to 22.8 times. Now should the answer be 22 times or 23 times. My assumption is 22 times as the 23rd time due not occur.
