Depends on the woman.
I have 13 tattoos, most of which can't be seen unless I want them to be seen. I didn't get them to be cool, I did it because I like them.
They were not cheap, nor are they cheap looking. Neither am I. Most people say I don't look like the "type" of person to have a tattoo. Too me the process is very therapeutic.
Now I have seen some trashy cheap looking tattoos, but they were on trashy cheap women AND men.

I've been told my tattoos look sexy. I have a small tribal shark on the top of my right arm, a collection of pink, purple and blue stars at the top of my back and a sleeve of stars and cherry blossom on my left arm.
Some tattoos on girls do look really cheap but that's like really crap tattoos that you see on chavs. And sometimes guys can look cheap with tattoos too, like football tattoos and stuff.
That's just my opinion though.

It depends mostly on the size of the tattoo, its location and what it is. Tattoos on the cleavage tend to look cheap, in my opinion. The ones on the lower back, ankle and around the navel/hip area are cool. Some places like the arm can give a "biker-chick" kind of look and others are just creative or neutral.

Depends on what and where. Some women look cheap with out the tattoo's so it all depends on what you get and where and what you look like before. Some women look like prissy girls that are the goody goody kind but then you find out they have tattoo's so it all depends.

Might be sexy now - I just wonder what the tatoo will look like when the woman is 65. Just take a look at some elder blokes arms!

I dont think you can class women with tattoo's in either of these catagories. I think it is really up to the woman with tattoo's as to what she feels she looks like, and no one elses.

depends where it is, what it is and the size of it i think. im a girl, i hate tattoos on shoulders and arms they look dated and awful, also think very large on girls are too (butch) looking. i dont like any "chinese" writing. whats the point nobody can read it and people who dont know you well are not going to ask.
