my weight is 63.5 kg or 139.9 lbs
and my hiegt is 172 cm or 5'8"
but i want it 2 b as accurate as possible and i know i have 2 know my lean mass 2 fat percent but sadly i dont can u help me?

I was sitting in class today and all of a sudden the kids next to me started acting like 6th graders and were throwing paper around. The teacher noticed the paper on the floor and was asking everyone who had thrown it. No one would fess up or give any names. So the teacher, trying to prove a point, said "Okay sense it was none of you guys it must of been her" he pointed to a quite girl in the back of the class. He told her that she had to stay after and wash the board, unless someone else stood up and took the blame. The teacher wasn't trying to be a jerk, just make a point. So I feel kinda bad I didn't stand up and say I did it even though I didn't do it. I think it might of been a good move...

1) the girl might of thought I was nice
2) everyone else would of respected me for taking the blame and not having them get into trouble.

Should I have stood up and said something?

ok when me and my bf are around other people, he seems to ignore me a little or say mean things to me or act like im not good enough or something, but when we are alone, he gets all close to me and likes to cuddle and talks baby talk sometimes, what is up with that? I hate it!

i usually don't sweat that much at home, but at school i sweat when i'm not even hot or nervous. this morning we had jazz band and i was fine i went to the bathroom after and i had 1 inch of sweat on the armpits of my shirt. what's wrong? i wear lots of deodorant. this is ruining my life. any sweat secrets?

ok, I should explain. 4 years ago, I fell down some stairs before a night out - it hurt a little, but I thought it was ok, so put on my boots and went out. The next morning it hurt LIKE HELL, and I went to A&E who told me I'd sprained it. But even now, if I wear heels, for the next 1-4 days I will have a really sore muscle in that leg - I'm just wondering if this is to be expected or should I see someone about it??

i feel depressed a lot, not all the time, just a lot. maybe thats just the way i am, my personality. i have "ADD" so iv been told, but no, wait, could it be that i simply dont enjoy spending time doing tedious school work and is it possible that i just have a normal tendancy to tune out repetitive sounds and white noise? why is my personality a disease? im not a bad person.

Is it good for my tan skin? I heard it only comes in pink shades and is not good for tanner skin. Im hispanic and indian. my skin is right inbetween. any ideas?
