i usually don't sweat that much at home, but at school i sweat when i'm not even hot or nervous. this morning we had jazz band and i was fine i went to the bathroom after and i had 1 inch of sweat on the armpits of my shirt. what's wrong? i wear lots of deodorant. this is ruining my life. any sweat secrets?

You only sweat when you wear clothes. Hope that helps.

Sorry kiddo not a lot you can do. Some people me for instance seem to sweat more when using a spray on deodorant. I only ever can use a roll on. Be care full the latest health warning is deodorant and shaving your armpits increases your risk of breast cancer

Maybe you should visit your doctor there is a condition in which the sweat glands go into overtime and there is meds for this. Also may just be nerves try calming techniques or something for your nerves. Figuire what triggers the sweat.

There's Certain Dri deodorant that you can buy at the stores. It is suppose to be as strong as prescription deodorant.

It's called hyperhydrosis. Try a product called CertainDri. It's available at most drugstores. It's a roll-on product that you put on at night before you go to sleep. It really helps!

well, you are probably going through a phrase of puberty, peoples bodies are going through alot of 'weird' stuff and sweating my be your issue, but its ok, it will subside. you are probably in an area that is warm in that case then, you will sweat.

Drink water..... and little bit of yoga and warming up excersices....
