my weight is 63.5 kg or 139.9 lbs
and my hiegt is 172 cm or 5'8"
but i want it 2 b as accurate as possible and i know i have 2 know my lean mass 2 fat percent but sadly i dont can u help me?

You want to stay AT LEAST above 1200 calories. If you fall below this, your body will create a starvation hormone that causes your body to hold on to everything it gets. This causes your body to gain weight, not lose it. See some of the other answers for sites for calorie calculators, but this is my imput.

I'd say between 1200 and 1800 calories..probably more at the higher end.
