What do you take for your migraines? How long is the longest one you've had?

I have had one for 4 days now, and it is really getting annoying - not being able to do anything at all. I was perscribed Midrin, that doesn't work. I have been taking Advil, but it keeps coming back after about 6 hours or so. Any suggestions?

My dad was diagnosed a few months ago with prostate cancer. They've been treating him with some anti-testosterone shot and it seems to be working. His blood work shows an dramatic improvement in the 3-4 months since that started. But, he was told that although it hadn't spread to any of his organs that it had "affected his bones." He's been having a lot of difficulty and pain that has gotten worse and is going to see an oncologist in a week and a half. He isn't sure that he has bone cancer, but he's pretty sure that was what the doctor meant.

So, while I know that the prognosis for prostate cancer is quite good and that there is an excellent recovery rate for that I know very little about bone cancer. I have the impression that it is much more serious. Is it a pretty fatal disease? How treatable is it???

I was with my bf early last yr n things did'nt turn out right,so we separated..i meet him 2 months back and we are together now..b4 we were officially an item..he confessed that there was this girl he was with aft me n him broke up.And he got her pregnant n he ask her to abort it.I got so freak out coz he is really a nice guy.He hates her attitude coz she has this very bad temper n tantrum.He can't be with somone like her.They abort the baby and the 2nd time she had a miscarrige.Eventually they broke up but she still wants him.She will even slit her arm to make him stay.
Now me n him are together but the incident of him n the x gf kept running in my mind..I know it's his past..but..If i were to have his baby one day i wont feel special coz my baby is nt his 1st child.. How do i accept all that has happen in a positive way coz i really want this to work..i love him but i wanna be special.n i dun feel tat way aft what happen btw him n the ex gf..

Ok I no i'm just a kid but I was pregnant, I started to spot blood at my fiance's house so his mom let me move in. The doctor told me to put my feet up and rest, he said it wasn't a misscarrage. I lived there for a few months and one day I got really sick and I was in pain so I went to the hostpital, they told me I had miscarried, I felt so lost and sad but my fiance was by my side no matter what, I lived there for a little while longer and I was so happy I had my love with me I was never that happy in my life, my whole life growing up my mom put me through hell....but at the times I lived with my love I was so happy I felt at home but one day his mom said since i'm not pregnant I have to go back home, I cried and cried but nothing happened. I didn't want to go back there! But now i'm here and its only been 5 days and i'm so depressed I feel like I lost both my baby's and all I ever do is cry, I haven't eaten in 3 days, I've only been drinking water. What do you think about that?

I like my friend of 11 years, and I think he likes me. He plays fight, calls me either everyday or every other day, and also recently started to hold my hand and put his arm around me which he never did before. I don't think he knows I like him because I have never told him. He has asked out me about 2 yrs ago, and I said no because I was getting ready to turn 18, and it would been 17 but afraid something might happen, so I turned him down. So I have 2 questions.
