I'm dating a Guy who I have had a 5 yr, Ironically we're 5 yrs apart(21 & 26)relationship with. we have fell in and out of love repeatedly over the years and still can't seem to leave each other alone. about 2 yrs ago he told me about a child he didn't know he had, and that the child's mother had just informed him. He constantly Badgers me with "My Baby Mama" this and "My Baby Mama" that. whom which i have never met. and that he and his child's mother are still good friends and he loves her, then turns around and say he wanted me to have his child also. and he told me this baby's name was one name, then 2 yrs later told me something different?? he use to tell me how badly he wanted a child and then out of nowhere she appeared, I just want advice on whether or not I should stay in this relationship, seriously I'm considering letting it go, I Love Him and he Loves me very Much but it's like he uses his child and previous girlfriend to keep me in line and make me sad...What should I do?

I have such a hard time getting to sleep (hence I am here in the middle of the night!) My ideal environment for sleeping is dark, absolutely silent. This is not realistic at my home, lol.
I hate taking sleeping pills. What is a tried and true bedtime ritual/routine/habit that helps? I am tired of being tired!
I have tried...
TV, radio, reading. All of these keep me up.

I think it's fun to dream, or even get nightmares (I guess it's kind of weird, but it's like being in a movie for me). So does anyone have any personal experience with getting dreams after eating certain foods, or do you know of anything that will increase your chances of having dreams at all? I'm serious!

I have simple question for guys. Is there any reason why when BF said “I will call you later tonight, will you be available?” and he simply did not do often now? Is that because he thinks I keep saying “that’s OK darling” previously? What is going on in his mind?? I have always heard its hard on a family if someone is assigned recruiting duty. Is it really worse than being deployed? I just can't see how it could be when you get to sleep in your own bed a night vs being gone for 7-12 months.
