I think it's fun to dream, or even get nightmares (I guess it's kind of weird, but it's like being in a movie for me). So does anyone have any personal experience with getting dreams after eating certain foods, or do you know of anything that will increase your chances of having dreams at all? I'm serious!

I have lots of very vivid dreams, I eat Mexican food up to 10:00 p.m. It just so happens that the fuller I feel before I go to sleep the more I dream. It's interesting that you should ask that question because I feel that I do have dreams/nightmares if I eat too late.

I usually eat Mexican food, lots of rice, ground beef, tacos and hot sauce!

I certainly have heard that cheese has that result, despite the fact that i do no longer think of is the fashion of foodstuff you eat, i'm tremendously particular that eating too lots previously going to mattress is what motives you to have nightmares. It had handed off to me.

i dont know what gives me night mares. but when i drink warm milk before bed i do tend to remember my dreams easier, it sounds dumb, but it works, of course i've only done this like 6 or 7 times since i was 8.
