I am married to a woman that I no longer love. She has a son with another man, who has not been around since the pregnancy. I have been providing for this child for over a year and I consider him my son. I want to get a divorce from my wife, but I don't know if my son will be taken care of if I am not around.I want to know if there is any way I could gain visitation rights if I agree to pay child support or if there is any other way for me to still see my son if I do get a divorce.

With our government attempting to be the worlds policeman we have dumped billions in other peoples pockets over the issues the government would like you to think are important in IRAQ. Much of the money sent there has been squandered and lost... Billions of Dollars. Mean while we struggle to cope with the high cost of Medical Care and Drugs here at home while our borders remain unsecure and gas prices doing their yo-yo and the gas companies declaring even bigger profits. Jobs have been created, but to what degree is uncertain, but more importantly the wages that these jobs pay have decreased. So the middle class and the poor have actually lost money in this deal while the rich continue to profit from stocks climbing and tax cuts that enable the rich to build even more factories outside the country in china and elsewhere. Costs of College are climbing, the rich have no problems paying the costs but... what about you. So tell the country is important to you.

What does everyone think about spanking kids? Especially if a time out doesn't work on the child? We believe in the old saying, "spare the rod, spoil the child..." Our son is still in pull-ups, so the spankings don't hurt him, but the sound shocks him.

i was driving and only heard a very very short portion of it and it began with the line...

"when i was a young boy, my father took me to the city..." it then goes on to talk about how he saw a band play.

one day , i parked my car in front of my friend's house, next day i found out that my front end got hit(about 4~5k damage), but that girl did left her phone number on my windshield (there isn't any damage on her Uhal truck and i wasn't there during the accident)

after i called her, she rent me a car and take care of everything like towed my car to the bodyshop,etc...


she is so honest and cute. i really want to write her a thank you note. what else can i write about???

I'm in my mid-fifties. Spent some time in the UK and loved it. I'm thinking of retiring there, probably in the Borders, as that's where I have friends.

Are retiree Yanks welcome in the UK as residents? I won't be taking a job from anyone and I do love UK culture and people (And football. Mad about football).
