~Infants' discount (under 2years old): 90% off applicable adult normal fares. Children's discount (2years old or over and under 12years old): 25% off applicable adult normal fares."

That is about right. They need a seat and the seat cost is about 1/2 adult fare. The fare is usually 1.2 proce regardless of destination.

kids is 75% of adult regular fare. 10% for infant. but if the adults availed for a promo or very low fare, the airline compute the kid fare as adult fare.
