We have a RAZR V3 and it's great. Quite easy to use. We use the camera a bit but don't have a 3G phone plan so don't use any WAP or video calling functions.
The instruction manual is easy to read and navigate.
The best thing about the phone is its large screen.
Only bad thing is that to connect it to your computer you need to purchase an extra cable etc.

I own the Motorola RAZR V3. Its a good phone but, its getting a little outdated compared to the newer phone models. But its very thin compred to other models so you wont have to worry about a bulky peice of equipment in your pocket.
FEATURES
Two of the phone's most prominent features are its thinness and the positioning of its internal antenna at the base below the mouthpiece. It was one of the first phones to have a 2.2 inch diagonal screen and 18-bit color.
It has a VGA camera that records both pictures and video.
Laser cut, cool looking keypad.
Internal and external screen.
Bluetooth.
Ability to connect to you computer via USB, so you can transfer files such as music, pictures, mp3s etc(although there is only 5mb of space wich is a downside).
USER INTERFACE
The RAZR takes more than 20 seconds to start-up and this is accompanied with a HelloMoto logo and a jingle sound — both of which cannot be disabled. The start-up time is slower than competitor phones and the phone has a generally slow and unresponsive feel.
The main menu screen and the menu lists use low quality 8-bit (256-color) icons with 1-bit transparency. This is in contrast to the 32-bit anti-aliased icons used on competitor phones such as Sony Ericsson's K800i.
Unlike most phones from the last 5 years, RAZRs (with the exception of the V3c, V3m, and V3x) cannot group multiple phone numbers to a single contact when browsing through the phone book, and instead requires the user to scroll through long lists of duplicate contact names for each separate number. Postal addresses cannot be stored on a V3, but can be stored on a V3c, V3i and V3x.
When writing text messages, RAZRs will lose the entire message if the phone is flipped close or if the user returns to the idle screen. Each message must be explicitly saved by the user before leaving the message editing area.
When the battery is low, the RAZR will emit a loud beep every few minutes. This cannot be disabled unless the phone is in vibrate, silent mode, switched off, or plugged in for recharging.
Overall its a cool phone but it is getting a little outdated.

Sound quality is excellent. You can use mp3 ringtones instead of that polyphonic crap. Internet access seems to be enhanced. You'll like it.
