I recently got a computer and I can't get off it. before I went to library and had trouble getting off it, but did cause eventually they closed and they made me leave. It is not unually to be on here 10, 15, even 20 plus hours --often straight through. This is destroying my life.

Like right now, I have to do major work to prepare for a bg remodeling project and made a schedule of doing certain things each day in order to get it all done in time.

I only did about one and 1/2 days work of the last five days I had scheduled and spent the rest of time on the computer.

Each day I think I will work hard and catch up. I get on here for a few minutes and next thing I know the day is gone.

What will help me balance the time better..I do't want to stop using just use reasonably. HELP..I do have a naturally addictive personality. Please offer some real stategies. Thank you.

It says system alert and yada yada. I have ran a few virus things and it is still coming up. Plus my I cant get to my home page because evertime I do some safty website comes up and it wants me to buy this spyware junk. How do I get rid of this. It is driving me insane. I have ran AVG and Norton. How do I restore it to a few days ago? Can I do that? Help me please!!!!!!

when u spent a lot of time on something and u go to sleep, do u dream of same thing? for example, u spent much time in playing video games and when u close ur eyes, u can see what u have seen in computer as if u are still playing. worst of all, when i begin to close my eyes, i can see avatars and a lot of answers and questions.. do u think yahoo is responsible for this craziness? lol

I have been "living with" my duaghter's father for 4 months now. WAIT!!! we are not in a relationship. However, we have a child in common and I take care of us; including another child he has had after my daughter, for the entire time that we have lived here. I need to find an apt, and move on in terms of relationships, and whenever it smentioned, he kind of makes me feel as though he has no issues with the way things are. 1 week after moving in we stared having sex somewhat regularly, but we still slepp in separate quarters. is is wrong to date while living here even though we have since stopped having sex? is this something work talking tohim about considering this is NOT a relationship? how do i just move when I am carrying the weight of the household on my shoulders?

I have afriend who cannot stop talking about her tragic childhood.
She has a great business, and has done some amazing things for herself and as a young person in business ( shes only 27!),

but everytime she slows down, its like, boom, she goes into this "my parents left me, I can't trust anybody, Why did it happen, why do these things happen" kinda deal.

It doesn't help matters that she also recently went through some really tough things with an unfaithful husband.

Shes a cool person otherwise, and like I said, when it comes to her business, shes on Fire.

But behind closed doors, she can be a wreck.
How can I help her?

That is the name of what the other races use against us and a word that has been demonized into weakness into this country. Why call yourself the name the oppressor gives you when they demean us and call us names and make fun of us trying to take away our heritage and even say we do not have a heritage and are blank without any melanin in the skin. We should call ourselves the MASTER RACE. Then our name will be full of power and then we will be free of being called by a name that opressors use to make us feel like nothing.

We all know the ACC perennially brings out tournament teams every year , but the Big East and Big 10 have become as strong , and some may argue , better than the ACC.
