Call the place and ask if they're hiring. If they are, go there, get an application, fill it out and turn it in. If you do not hear from the business after 1-2 weeks, call them again, give them your name, and tell them you're calling to inquire on the status of your application. Potential employers will be impressed if you call to check the status of your application, because it shows you're genuinely interested in the position. If you get an interview, dress appropriately for the line of work. For example, if you're applying, say, for a business management position, dress formal. If you're applying at the local Burger King, business casual is more appropriate. Always remember to smile during the interview, as well.

Well it depends on the hirer actually. Once I went for an interview then got kick out in less than 5 mins. But til the end of the day this fellow call me up and ask me to come to work. Weird I guess. It's just merely tough luck thats all.

most jobs are always accepting applications. Just go inside and ask to fill out an application & give it back to the hiring manager. Good Luck!

The fastest and most simple way is just call the human resource department of the company you want to know about and ask them.

You call them and ask. Nobody will bite your head off for asking...and if they do, you probably don't want to work there.
