I do streching exercises every day, and have been doing that for some months now, but still I don't become any more flexible. And I am really stiff. I stretch each mussel for about 30 seconds. Does anyone know if there is something I have forgotten or if there is something I should have in mind?

A shepherd was herding his flock in a remote pasture when suddenly a brand-new BMW advanced out of the dust cloud towards him. The driver, a young man in a Broni suit, Gucci shoes, Ray Ban sunglasses and YSL tie, leaned out the window and asked the shepherd... "If I tell you exactly how many sheep you have in your flock, will you give me one?"

The shepherd looked at the man, obviously a yuppie, then looked at his peacefully-grazing flock and calmly answered, "Sure."

The yuppie parked his car, whipped out his IBM Thinkpad and connected it to a cell phone, then he surfed to a NASA page on the internet where he called up a GPS satellite navigation system, scanned the area, and then opened up a database and an Excel spreadsheet with complex formulas. He sent an email on his Blackberry and, after a few minutes, received a response. Finally, he prints out a 130 page report on his miniaturized printer then turns to the shepherd and says....... "You have exactly 1586 sheep."

"That is correct; take one of the sheep." said the shepherd. He watches the young man select one of the animals and bundle it into his car.

Then the shepherd says: "If I can tell you exactly what your business is, will you give me back my animal?" "OK, why not." answered the young man.

"Clearly, you are a consultant." said the shepherd. "That's correct." says the yuppie, "but how did you guess that?"

"No guessing required." answers the shepherd. "You turned up here although nobody called you. You want to get paid for an answer I already knew, to a question I never asked, and you don't know crap about my business.... Now give me back my dog."

Hitler was defeated and ww2 was the last war anyone could claim a victory in .This was the last war of its kind where people put on a uniform and marched in the streets like Russia china america and all nations with armies . The problem is the armies in the middle-east like the armies in america reflect the beliefs of the nation .People say I am crasy because I say Islam is the problem and not the poor smuck who listens to it .He hears take up the sword and defend your people and does so .Is he a nut or a true follower willing to die for his faith .
That some Islamic people are less religious then others is the differance between a practicing catholic and a non practicing catholic .One uses birth control and goes to church at christmas and easter .The other goes every week .
For the true followers of Islam taking up the sword and fighting the west is a profession of faith .These people die because they believe .
How do you stop born again Muslims who find faith and die for it .

Do you agree more with Danny Bonaduce's side of his marriage or Gretchen Bonaduce's side? I see Danny's side of things more, but I think he is too co-dependent on her and don't think they are compatable and he is better off without her.

My mum and partner work together ,my patner has a higher position then my mum.
Recently my mum is ringing me up and telling me every little thing that my partner is doing wrong or saying about me ,to make things worse the manager is repeating private conversations that my partner and her have had back to my mum.
This is causing a lot of arguments and my partner is starting to dread going to work it feels as though he is been bullied.
It all came to a head today when my mum called and i blew up at her and told her not tpo expect me to speak badly about him she put the phone down on me.
My partner is going to get a new job after christmas as this onbe is way too stressful.
I know this question is a bit long and confusing but any advice would be welcome

My school has finally discovered proxies and has blocked all of them (I've tried at least 50+). But I think they went a little overboard on blocking sites (like blocking everything with "game" in the name or description). I need a way to bypass their web filtering system (Fortiguard). Can anyone help me hack it, or something. I just know I'm going to get suspended for this, but whatever, it's my senior year. lol.

Ok here goes

my Fiance keeps me awake with his snoring every bloody night and i dont know what to do anymore. WE tried everything from nose strips to sprays and pills ughh. Is there any product out there that really helps. I am sick and tired of this. During the day i am sleepy and grumpy and i hate going to bed at night cos i know its going to be a longgggggggggggg night.
I dont even know when was the last time i had a decent night of sleep.
SO PLEASE any advise will be GREATLY appreciated
