I have BlueCross Blueshield as a Health provider and i had a baby recently in a hospital that is in the network of my health provider but the doctor that performed anethsia on me and my newborns pediatrican in the nursery not in-network, i didnt kow until i saw the bills. So now im being charged for newborn care and medical visit for my daughter and 2 bills for anesthesia for me. Can i fight this?

i was outside over the weekend and my Vans got tons of mud on them. i was able to wipe off most of the mud, but u can still see where it was.....any ideas on how to get it off???? im not too sure if i posted this question under the right catergory....if not pleaz let me know which one to post it under so i can get better feedback....

I watch this show when I happen upon it but one thing I wonder about every time is the apparent unlikeability of leading detectives Elliot Stabler and Olivia Benson. They just seem to bulldoze their way through investigations, their tone and way of handling things being like a bull in a china shop (with suspects I get that but with witnesses/victims they are hársh). They seem way too fast in jumping to conclusions too.
I understand the need for realism and I know that there are already enough characters in cop shows that bang on about 'detachment etc'. But I do often have the urge to smack them for being so damn unpleasant...

I've been wondering for a while, are they unpleasant characters or is it just me that can't stand Stabler and even Benson?
