It's really quite pathetic how every answer in here that isn't "OMG I LUV THEM" has been given a thumbs down. So at the risk of being disliked by some obsessive fans, I'll say that My Chemical Romance is one of the many crappy emo bands helping to take the decline of quality popular music even further. I don't understand how anyone can stand such garbage, but I guess South Park was right when they said at least 1/4 of the world is retarded.

Oh yes. I watched their $2 Bill Presents concert or whatever last night. It was off the hizzy. lol I kinda like Gerards new look too.

NO! Absolute shite. Anyone else noticed how much they've copied Green Day just recently? Firstly, they adopt the black and red uniform, even with Gerard wearing a black shirt and red tie! Then, they release a concept album - American Idiot, anyone? The album revolves around a single character - Jesus of Suburbia, sorry, I mean, 'the Patient'. Shite, shite shite. I hate them. And the music is crap as well.

No. not very original, boring, dreary, if you see their school photos from 3 years ago, they were all geeks, so the image they portray isnt the real them, its just a manfactured image to sell records.
