Well, if I was told that I could only listen to one CD for the rest of my life, it would definitely be AEnima by Tool. So I guess that one is my all time favorite.

The Cure 'Disintegration' is the most complete and solid album in history! Also, 'Wish' is quite wonderful!!!
U2 'All That You Can't Leave Behind' is great!
Fleetwood Mac 'Rimors' is great!
