Mark and Michelle are going to San Diego this weekend to visit their grandparents. They are going to the Whaley house before halloween. The Whaley house is a haunted house. Mark and I planning to go to Cancun Mexico next summer.

Does anyone know if there are any programs out there available to help new moms without maternity leave?

I work for a small company that doesn't comply with the Family Medical Leave Act, have no vacation or sick time (must work for employer for 1 year first) and am currently 4.5 months pregnant. I am the money maker in my family and without some help I will not be able to take more than 2 weeks off.

If anyone knows of any programs or services that can help me spend more time with my infant I would greatly appreciate a reponse. Thank you!

Where I live theres a roundabout where very few people understand the rules of giving way to your right so I have nearly hit cars on more then one occassion so I look both ways now all the time and it is really p*ssing me off - bad drivers. Is it wrong to get a big bit of cardboard and write on it

Whenever I see dead animals on the road (for example cats, birds, foxes, rabbits, badgers etc) I am quite distressed. Now don't get me wrong, I am a hardend man, but I am a lover of all life and to see dead and squashed life is upsetting for me, so I wonder how it must make the child feel also.

Well I mean there is this guy that I have known for about 3 weeks already and like I just moved on from my ex that I really liked and like now I am with another guy and he treats me so much better than all the other guys and like we have basically the same problems but we already started falling in love with each other and its like wow!!! Another question to help me get some perspective... my boyfriend of 19 months doesn't do some things that I would want him to. for example, he doesnt rub my back when i need it, or get me flowers or take me out, etc. I've told him that its not about feeling lavished, but just knowing that he's thinking about me and putting effort into showing me that he cares. There are other things about him that are great...its not that hes just a bad guy. So my question is this: is he just a guy like any other guy, who doesnt feel the same romantic things like a girl does? or does he just not get it, so I should find somene who does? I dont want to marry a girl in guys clothing (ie..a man who acts like a girl), but is that what I'm asking if I want a guy to be sweet to my like that? I'm not sure the best way to get across my question, just...is this a normal girl/guy difference thing that is just part of being opposite sexes? or is this something I should worry about?

Someone burned one of those big pizza's in the oven at my condo... It burned in there for over 3 hours at 425degree's and filled the entire house with smoke from floor to ceiling. Now it looks like the walls and ceilings are stained in every room and I cannot get rid of the awful smell- it's making me ill. I've already aired out the whole entire house for hours, but I can't leave the windows open forever because it's freezing outside... Is this something we can fix ourselves or do we need a professional?
