I'm doing the Weight Watchers "diet", and I need to start exercising. Any suggestions on what type of exercise to do? Should I run, do weights, do yoga?

I went to his house for dinner we have a new baby(2m) & h/brother came in from outta town & wanted to c the baby.So we went and it was nice.(he's muslim)well h. family promotes marriage & has been trying to counsel us since I was pregnant.So coming from the house my mood changed b/c I felt like people were looking @ us like we were stupid and I felt stupid.Because we arent married and he keeps saying he wants to marry me but he's just not ready yet.He says he loves me and made me keep the baby for a reason and isnt introducing me into h/ religion for no reason.Well Im ready now. I have to start building a family for me my children I have an opportunity in Newyork to get my stuff together and I told him we were moving(i have a 1year old too).I told him today and his first reaction was ok it gives me something to think about but I support u n ur choice. Do I go or do I stay. We are currently in Atlanta. We would be gone for about 4years.His family is going to be mad @ him.

I started eating better and exercising, but I find myself eating the same toast and fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch, and salad for dinner.... I need new healthy meals, but I'm picky.... I don't like beans, onions, tomatoes, any peppers..... so I need new healthy meal ideas.... got any???/

I am going through a divorce. You can call me a hypocrite. I hate divorce and do not believe that it is God’s will for anyone to get divorced.

However my husband became abusive. He does not see himself to be this way because he was more verbal and intimidating than physical. The final straw that drove me to file for divorce was when he had our toddler and he was going to take off with him out of anger. He then cornered our 13 year old daughter against the stair case and with less than an inch away from her face he screamed with the devil’s face “Don’t call me Dad, I am not your father!” Then he smashed her birthday gift on the floor into pieces. He then began to wrestle with me for the keys and was slamming me into the wall. Our Daughter ran out side and called 911. I had enough.

After I filed I explained to him that we needed him to go to counseling. During this time he became meaner and uglier, but then would except that he needed help and love our family again.

we've oficially been dating a year and just got engaged and we're head over heals for each other. My parents (married 28 yrs) are the only couple I know who are just like a honeymoon couple. They slow dance in the kitchen, Spend all their spare time together, hold hands, and always make each other smile, it melts my heart ... Anybody know peaople or are in that special relationship after so long? Whats their story? Or yours?

she said that when she peed in the cup (it was one that you peed in a cup then dipped then stick in. ) she flushed the toilet and got some water in it, but it couldnt of been much because i was watching her. (as you can tell i was suspicious already) so would that effect the test that much? also she went to the doctors (3weeks after) the last time we had sex and the urine test came out negative. we have taken at least 6 home tests and not a sigle one came out positive. could she really still be pregnant?

Hi
My husband and I will be staying in Guanajuato for a month. We drove our car down but will be living in the zona central where driving and parking are not a good idea at least not for us novices. Our plan is to walk and use public transportation most of the time except when we take sidetrips out of town. Any ideas on finding a safe and inexpensive place we can keep our car. We are willing to take a cab or bus to retrieve it when necessary.

I am applying to 5 UC Campus and 3 private schools USC, NYU, and Columbia. I know that they require 2 letters of recommendation. So it is pointless to have 5 or more right? I have friends who have 5 or 6 letters of recommendation? what is the purpose for that?

Options:
a) local min: 1; absolute min: 1

c) no local extrema; absolute min: 1

ALSO

g(x) = - |x+6|

Options:
a) local min: 0; absolute min: 0
b) local max: -6; absolute max: -6

Is this a calculator problem or something else? Grrr teacher didn't explain this one in class so I'm a bit confused on the whole concept.

I got 115.8 m/s (horizontal component)
I got 87.26 m/s (vertical component)-is this right?
(d) What is the the magnitude of the velocity?

I don't get any of this. I don't know what they mean by range. Is magnitude the same as velosity?I don't understand what they are asking me to do.
