I started eating better and exercising, but I find myself eating the same toast and fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch, and salad for dinner.... I need new healthy meals, but I'm picky.... I don't like beans, onions, tomatoes, any peppers..... so I need new healthy meal ideas.... got any???/

You can try making a stir fry with vege. oil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sliced boneless skinless chicken breast, vegetables you like (e.g., carrots, broccoli, etc.), and added sesame oil at the end. Have it with cooked brown rice:)

Try eating turnip greens with light seasoning. Raw spinach,raw carrots,apples,cucumbers,blue berries,two vegetables and a meat every meal but no cokes. Not even diet eight glases of water everyday. Eat Gronola bars or soup only! Nothing fried concerning meats!!!!!!! Everything baked!

try cooking yellow zuccini broccoli and mushrooms in a bit of vegetable oil with garlic, salt, pepper, and onion pouder, when theyre almost cooked put in some white wine, reduce it down and toss with pasta topping with a bit of fetta cheese

pickles make a great snack, most varieties have 5 or less calories per serving

cottage cheese and applesause are also good ideas

I can always fill up on brown rice and bird eye veggies with a bit of soy sauce. Also how about making some kind of egg white omlett? or A wrap with either lettuce and lunch meat or eggwhites? instead of tacos use lettuce wraps! enjoy these new ideas to switch it up a bit!
