I like Rod Stewart because he seems like a genuinely nice person. His voice isn't the greatest, but he's been around for years and he's still hanging in there.

He's all right. Some of his songs and covers are pretty good. He sure dressed weird, though. But look at other bands from that period. Anyway, someone ( I can't remember who) got me into his stuff early before I really listened to what the lyrics were (eh hem). Now I just don't listen to the "bad" songs.
