Hi
My husband and I will be staying in Guanajuato for a month. We drove our car down but will be living in the zona central where driving and parking are not a good idea at least not for us novices. Our plan is to walk and use public transportation most of the time except when we take sidetrips out of town. Any ideas on finding a safe and inexpensive place we can keep our car. We are willing to take a cab or bus to retrieve it when necessary.
Thanks

In Patzcuaro I rented a parking space for a month while going to school there. Cost $200 pesos or less than $20us. Most towns have secure parking lots for rent ... called Pension or Estacionamiento

Don't you have any contact in Guanajuato? if not wait to be there , Guanajuato people (most of them) are very nice and friendly ,I'm sure you'll find somebody with the right answer.
If not in an outside downtown Parking lot , ask for "PENSION" that mean that you want to rent a spot normally for a month, must of the parking lots

I have a nice, inexpensive parking place. It's under a roof, but a bit far from your place. I'm in Kentucky. Are you still interested?
