My boyfriend went into the hospital this weekend (was released the same day) and never called to let me know- in fact didn't return any of my calls all weekend. I just found out this morning. He claims to love me and plans on marrying me, but I feel this was a total lack of consideration on his part. I'm not saying this is all about me, but I was worried all weekend about him. Is this normal male behavior or do I have a right to be upset? We haven't even had a chance to talk so he could explain why he didn't call me. If this happens with a relatively minor event, what will happen when something serious occurs?(PS: In case you're wondering, He's not seriously ill, just has to make some lifestyle adjustments)

How come it's called racism when African Americans are called 'blackies' or 'darkies', but SOME of them always refer to us as 'whities' and stuff. lol, I don't mean to offend, I was just wondering. :)

i want to know what to know what you guys think, or if there is anyone that knows for fact. i didnt stand and say the pledge at school today and then the teacher told me to go to inschool(a room where u ahve to be quite for people that get in trouble)and i was like no because i cant get in to trouble for not sayin the pledge, i am 18 years old and i go to goreville.Then the gave me the choice he said that i have to get out of the class when the pledge is said or i can stand and say the pledge, the teacher of the class said that he was kickin me out of class becuase i did not say the pledge.

I'm getting a lot of hassle from my local gym these idiots keep telling my not allowed to wear certain things. I'm perfectly comfortable in my jeans and tshirt and I asked them if they had a problem with the soles of my shoes being black and they said no but still I get greif for not wearing trainers. Is this like a golf thing? I'm perfectly comfortable I only go for weights not cardio. I'm sure larry david would agree.

My boyfriend is taking his PE Exam on Friday in Jackson, Mississippi. He has spent the last six months doing nothing but working and studying. His job was nice enough to block him off the schedule this entire week so he can study at work since they are paying for it. Anyway has anyone seen any good practice exam sites? He has gone from page 1 to the end of about 3 different books the past six months and i thought he could try some sample ?s this week to convince him he is ready! Just thought i'd see if anyone has found any good sites with practice questions or sample questions. Someone wrote in about the name Espn and everyone trashed her. What is wrong with that, if you can't figure out how to pronounce Espn, then you obviously need more schooling. It is the same as an outdoorsman naming their children, Hunter, Trapper, Fisher, or a firefighter naming his son Blaize. The child is not going to have issues and won't be teased. My sons name is Espn and everyone loves it. No one calls him E.S.P.N., that is crazy. I think that people choose names for there children that reflect there own personalities, (because they want there children interested in the same things they are) and if you are as big a sports fan as my husband and I (naturally or we would not have named our son Espn) then go for it. My son is a HUGE sports fan already by the way, and he is only 2. He plays basketball, football, soccer, and golf. He loves sports so what better name for a future NY Yankee baseball player, NY Giants football player, or Arkansas Razorback than Espn?
