these days you can find out how to do anything over the internet..I would sugguest looking up over seas orphanages..

You have many options. You can form A Trust and donate some money to the Trust to help the orphan Childen. You can form a Society with at least six members subscribing to the same idea and get it Registered with the Registrar of Societies I.G. REGISTRATION OF A.P . or an Additional Registrar in the District Collector's office. Thereafter you can donate whatever funds you can, to the Society and also request others to join you in in the good work. After you have established the credibility of your Group, you can request A,.P. Government or the Centre *MINISTRY OF SOCIAL JUSTICE AND EMPOWERMENT * for help to support specific projects like a building for the School or Hostel or for the Boarding expenses.

What do u mean by helping orphan children? Do u want to adopt one? If yes visit orphan home near by u, they will help you lot. Also consult lawyer to know its leagal aspect.

Are you from the United States? If you are then why aren't you concerned about any of the children here? You do know that here in the US there are hungry and homeless children?

Go there and help with your own hands. That is the only kind of charity work I believe in.
