Im looking for a exercise I can do to tone up. I dont have any kind of equipment. So I need something I can do like at home in my livingroom without any thing. Im not over weight. Im 21, 110 lbs and 5ft. Ive had a 4 year old little boy. So mainly its my stomach, butt, inner thighs and outer thighs.

I think restrooms that have high doors that make it easy to beat the ban, or a membership card for a $1.00 that is only given to adults that makes the bar private and beats the law. I can say that I have never spent money in a non-smoking bar and will not.

We are considering refinancing, because we must. Should we do it now at 6%, or should we wait until the beginning of the year? Trends show a drop is more common in January and it will be after the elections which can also contribute to rate changes. I just hate to lock in now, and have it go lower in two months...what do you think?

When I try to close a window while working online a small window pops out and it is really hard to close it, I have to click on it several times.The message it gives me:

The application has faied to start because ccL30.dll was not found .Re-seating the application may fix the problem.

I'm trying to start my 7 month old son on a sippy cup. I'm introducing it slowly, substituting 2 bottles for a sippy cup a day. He refuses to drink from it. He chews on the spout and won't drink from it. He is getting a new tooth, but still I nkow that you are supposed to have your child weaned from bottle to sippy cup by 1 year of age and I intend to do so. (Especially since I've seen all too many kids who are 2+ years in stores with bottle in mouth.) I'm not going to go cold turkey on him unitl he's about 12-13 months old, but I'd love some advice on transistion and what more I could be doing.

I have been married for 6.5 years. In the past 2 years, we have had 2 kids. Before the kids, we were happy, but since their births, we have been fighting more, she is very short tempered, and our sex life is terrible. We have sex maybe once per month and it involves me being very persistant (she never initiates anything EVER). On top of that, we are struggling with finances. She is a stay at home mom and with her maternity leave running out, we are left with my salary for everything.

1.) Should I starve our sex life until she initiates it?
2.) Should I start an affair to satisfy my desires?
3.) Should I attribute it to lack of sleep and irritability?
4.) Should I be patient and wait 3 years until we get back on track and pay off our debts?
My fear is that if I start to wander from the relationship, we may divorce and then some John Doe will start raising my beautiful children. I tried talking to her, but she gets frustrated, and doesn't want to talk anymore.

I am thinking about applying a trademark for my product name. The name contains two words, say "WordA WordB". I searched US patent and trademark website and found an existing trademark, the phrase is "WordB-WordA". So basically the reverse order of my two words with a dash. The description of the trademark and business industry is completely different than mine. There is definitely no similarity of the purpose of the phrase. Under such circumstances, do you think I can get mine registered? Thanks a ton!

I have two friends (boyfriend and girlfriend) and we all go out to dinner quite often. My girlfriend always pays for her own meal and drinks. The only time he pays for her is if it's her birthday. It would appear they are just casual friends, right? Wrong. He lives with her in her house. Am I wrong in thinking he is just plain cheap and she has low self-esteem for putting up with him?
