Im looking for a exercise I can do to tone up. I dont have any kind of equipment. So I need something I can do like at home in my livingroom without any thing. Im not over weight. Im 21, 110 lbs and 5ft. Ive had a 4 year old little boy. So mainly its my stomach, butt, inner thighs and outer thighs.

ok ! your first step is that you are doing something about it, put your feet under your couch for sit-ups, milk cartons one in each hand for leg squats, lie on the floor for pushups, eat more fruit and think healthy.

There are some serious workouts you can get from DVD's. Look for windsor pilates or ab workouts. Check out ebay for deals!

it is better you can a gym/aerobics class. they will work for you.

else you can do some physical,cardio,aerobics excercises
