Every time I try to close a window while online a small window pops out : what should I do?

When I try to close a window while working online a small window pops out and it is really hard to close it, I have to click on it several times.The message it gives me:

The application has faied to start because ccL30.dll was not found .Re-seating the application may fix the problem.

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to the bottom of the scene were it has the pop up printed and click out of it.
