Tubal ligation, o.k.? Would I be able to get a tubal ligation being 24 and having 2 kids. Just in case THIS isn't right either.......what I want is to have the procedure done to have my tubes tied so I can't get pregnant. What are the requirements and would I be able to get this done?

I have 3 kids and I'm 24, I had my tubal done at 22, I think you have to be 21 now to get one done, my stepsister got hers done around the same time I did with mine, we are the same age, and she only has 2 kids. good luck. as long as your doctor will do it, then yes you can have it done.

Depends on your doctor.
Some Doctors will not preform a tubal ligation on a younger woman. Speak to your doctor and get second and third opinions.Be very very sure you want this done. You are still pretty young and may change your mind at some point.

Most MD's will not do any of the procedures when you are so young. Especially if you are unmarried. They will just suggest birth control!!
