No world war has taken place since UN came into existence. Is it exclusively due to UN? The League of Nations could not prevent Second World War, what special about UN due witch it did not witness any world war since 1945?
The egoistic pursuits seems to be proving futile with advanced means of destruction. Limits seems to have been defined for hitherto unrestrained destructive egos. Creation of matter rather than its destruction for ego sake seems to have gained primacy. Survival of the wealthier rather than mightier seems to be gaining importance. Are brave acts are really considered to be foolish as well as bullish sort of behaviour? Does UN really have impacts deeper than it is thought to be?

At University theres this girl im friends with and also like, who seems to look in my direction or at me a lot.

I look at her a lot aswell.

When either of us catch eyes we both look away.

Thing is she has a boyfriend, but weve had the attraction/flirting between us for 8 months

Do you think she keeps looking at me cos she is interested, or just to see if im looking at her or both.?

If i notice someone looking at me that i dont find attractive i do my best not to look, as that eye catch can give wrong impression.

we must have caught eyes over 15 times today, and i reacon i saw her looking in my direction at least another 10.

Why can't muslim women choose to wear a veil?
If it is not affecting her ability in her job then she should be allowed by her own choosing to wear an item of clothing without being threatened or persecuted.
Did the public one month ago even care about veils then bang out of the blue and it is like a witch hunt on muslim women.
The motivation behind this is hate though people sugar it with, "oh we just want people to fit in to society."
How does trampling down someone's liberties promote fitting in with society?
