Hey Rimy, i had a problem with my client who had the similiar effect, when they eat they easily put on weight on their face and this prove to be a challenge for me to porportion their body and their face. Sit down and think of this, how easy is it to lose weight on your whole body?
not easy right? well so is the facial, it can be achieved but not thru lipo( that is drastic measure) surgery is actually used for patients to alter back the state of their face when they are involved in accident.
so to get your face all toned up, you can do a series of cardio to tone up your whole body frame and eventually the face will come into shape, but if all that fails, i recommend chewing gum while working out and everyday whenever you can. I know the chewing gum part is crazy, but it does works.
ps: if you are going to chew gum, prepare to get your whole mouth sore from chewing the whole day, that actually help to supress yourself from eating, cause chewing anything hard is going to hurt your teeth. (in another words you lose weight again by eating less calories) all those are solutions and feedbacks given by my clients when i train them, let me know when your face is slim, just drop me a email. 50 Kgs at 23 years, is a wholesome weight, you'll be soft at this wait. await yet another 2 years you go fifty 5 Kgs or greater, clearly. Dont choose for any man made weight income, consume quite and proteneous meals. sturdy good fortune.

I had a similar problem several years ago, and did a routine which consisted of facial excercises and better diet. It doesn't really matter how your bodily metabolism is, your facial metabolism may be different and your body may decide to store fat and such in your face (in which case there's little you can do about it). A lot of your facial shape depends on your bone structure also and there's little you can do to change that.
Some of these may sound stupid, but try them anyway, every morning for a month and see the results. Place your index fingers behind your back teeth and move outwards pulling your edge of your mouth back and try to close your mouth thirty or fourty times. Raise your eyebrows incredibly as hard as you can and hold for several seconds - repeat 10-15. Drop your jaw as far as you can and swing side to side as far as possible, repeat 10-15 (when this gets easier, use hands to apply force to jaw).
These may sound retarded and you may not want to do them when other people are around but they do kinda work....
