how can i get my money back if the guy doesnt fix the car I know is the blend air door stuck or broken, but is a expensive job .

Sew him? What's he going to do? Stitch his lips together so he can't lie to anyone else?
The expensive part of that job on most cars isn't the parts, but getting to them. You have to tear apart the dashboard most times.
Just ask him one time if he's going to fulfill his promise or take the car back. Try wearing colors from the ugliest gang in town when you talk to him.

caveat emptor. let the buyer beware. it is your responsibility to check the condition of the car you are buying. you can try pressuring and if they are a nice person they may help you out but chances are you will just have to learn from it.

ask him every minute to fix it,.. or if you want to sew him,.. get some evidence first,.. like record your coversation with that guy then ask will he fix it and when will he fix your heater,.. and still if he doesn't,.. sew him,..
