Some people have been saying the new cast as a sign that it's on the uprise, but I disagree. I've watched all of the new episodes and I haven't been impressed. There's too much of the making fun of celebrities junk. It's not funny or orginal. Another thing I've heard people say is that the times are changing and it's a new generation. Well, I'm 19 and I see it as dried up. What do you think?

One of Teddy Roosevelt's speeches, Citizenship in a Republic (1910), contains possibly his most famous quote ("...the credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood...").

Assuming it was recorded (cylinder phonographs were invented in 1877), where could I find a recording of it?

I'm in love and it scares me to death! I can't sleep without him, he has to spray his colone on my extra pillow so I can get some sleep, and I am the happiest when I'm in his arms. I don't know why I'm scared. It's not like he's asking me to marry him. Why am I so afraid? I'm not afraid of losing him I know he loves me as much as I love him. So why am I afraid?

My new house has a water fountain in the back yard on a timer, i've never had one before. Does anyone know what your suppose to do to protect a fountain pump from freezing besides removing all of the water? I don't know, maybe that's not good either! Any advise?

My roomate recently came into possession of a Scottish Terrier after having taken him in for the night twice as a result of his previous owner's neglect.
This dog's original name was Jaques. (Pronounced "Jock".)
I was asked to come up with a different name for the dog after repeatedly pointing out the odd idea of giving a Scottish dog a French name.
What's more, the only way this man can even remember the dod's name at 75 years of age is because I made a reference to a jock-strap while cracking a bad joke about it. I've been told that my roomate bitterly resents the thoughts that come to mind as a result of this and it has further motivated me to find another name for the animal.
Calling the dog Strap is simply the extent of my creativity so I have decided to request help from the Answers community.
I understand that it helps somewhat if a description of the dogs personality is given so here it is:
The dog is black, oddly quiet and incredibly smart.

What would you think I your mother in law always sent your husband emails with dating sites attached. He says she doesn't know what they are but he gets them all the time. Usually they start off as a horoscope or something like that but always wind up being a dating site. Do you think she is doing it on purpose?

still in kind of a "shock"state of mind.it happened so fast..he had a massive heartattack,and it happened right in front of my son,when they were out mowing this summer.I wasn't there,but my child called me on my cell.This man was our "rock',he meant the world to us.Now he's gone,and we miss him so much.wish there was some way to bring him back home to us ,and things be "normal"again.I have questioned my faith in GOD,so many times over this.how can he bring someone so wonderful into our lives,for 5 short years,then take him away from us like that,and why do bad things happen to good people.I've lost 30 pounds since that day,and still cry my eyes out alot,especially at night,when i'm laying in bed,where we use to snuggle and sleep,now there's nothing,but his pillows that he slept on,and they are still there,with the same pillow cases and all.am i crazy for being like that?and i feel such an empty space inside.i'm sure he wouldwant us 2 move on,but that's too much 2 swallow.any advice?

Do you ever notice that the more upscale clothing stores (Bebe, Guess, Coach) give better service and are friendly no matter what. Whereas the common-er stores (Hollister, AE, Macy's) are sometimes rude and try to seem snotty on purpose. Sometimes I think they're trying to attract business way too hard. What do you think?

Please. I don't wish to see any bashing or hate messages ok? And please read my whole post before answering.
The Bible says that man lying with man is wrong am I not right? It's stated in the bible so no one can really argue with that.
However if you understand homosexuals, I am one by the way, you will know that they have same sex attractions due to some genetic stuff and is not of choice.
Homosexuals face condemnation from other Christians on a daily basis and I don't know anyone who would want to put up with that. You don't know how much I wish to be straight and it's really sad actually.
Homosexuals who are religious, such as myself, read many passages quoted from the Bible saying how they are not welcome to the kingdom of God. It's really hard to put up with the Bible contradicting your thinking. I can't help but have those same sex attractions as much as I would like to change but can't.


Try putting yourself into the shoes of a homosexual and imagine how you would think.

I took three test one each day till the lines matched color , but I'm a little worried that maybe I missed my ovulation because the caculators on line say I should have got pregnant by the 16... can the test be wrong... or did I ovulate later ......please i'm a little confused
